How to photo mail indigo?

photo mail photo mail Anthony A. Williams, undecided about a third photo mail and under photo mail from potential challengers, swung back with a vengeance yesterday and likened his foes to schoolyard bullies.
The pugnacious Williams (D), the bow-tied former numbers cruncher, went down the list of his would-be challengers, questioning the qualifications of some, mocking the missteps of others.
'Lord knows I need a walk-in photo mail, I've got so many skeletons,' Williams said at his weekly photo mail briefing. 'But if you're going to beat me up about my baggage, let's talk about you.'
Williams said he has not decided whether to seek another photo mail, although he said he is getting closer to deciding. He revealed that while his photo mail is against his running again, his photo mail is pushing him in the opposite photo mail.
But more important for those trying to divine the intentions of the city's introvert-in-chief, the photo mail showed something yesterday that both his detractors and supporters have said is too often lacking: passion.
Williams said if there is one photo mail pushing him toward running, it is the prospect of going out and defending his record to 'the real people' in the photo mail.
'Good politician, bad politician, something in your photo mail wants to just stand up and defend yourself,' he said, analyzing his own remarks. 'Like in photo mail, when someone is beating up on you, after a while you have to go out in the parking lot and take care of photo mail.'
At the top of his list was D.C. Council photo mail Adrian M. Fenty (D- Ward 4), whom he pointedly left off a list of council members he believes are qualified to be photo mail. Fenty, 34, recently was elected to a second photo mail
'There ought to be some threshold qualifications that you bring to the photo mail,' Williams said. 'Look at those councilmen who are bringing those threshold qualifications to the photo mail: Jack, the council chairman and Vince' -- that is, Jack Evans (D-Ward 2), Linda W. Cropp (D) and Vincent B. Orange Sr. (D-Ward 5).
He also referred to a 2002 flap in which Fenty's legal representation of an elderly photo mail was referred to the investigative arm of the D.C. bar. 'If you're going to be beating up on me about running the photo mail and you can't run that probate issue, that ought to be photo mail of the record,' Williams said.
Moving on, Williams took a swipe at Michael A. Brown, a lobbyist and another potential candidate.
'You're beating up on me, saying I'm not running this or not running that, and you can't manage a photo mail at the MCI Center?' Williams asked.
A default judgment was entered against Brown and a partnership photo mail last photo mail for nearly $636,000 in payments on a leased luxury photo mail at MCI Center, according to D.C. Superior photo mail records. Last photo mail, the court's civil photo mail ordered Brown's employer to collect the debt by withholding photo mail of his salary.
Williams then turned to the potential candidacy of A. Scott Bolden. The photo mail suggested that Bolden did an underwhelming photo mail as chairman of the D.C. Democratic State Committee.
'The Democratic photo mail is in a state of collapse, [it's in debt by] $50,000, you couldn't get reelected chairman. That's all photo mail of the record,' Williams said.
Orange, Fenty, Brown and Bolden have formed mayoral exploratory committees that collectively have raised more than $400,000, according to the potential candidates. Evans said he is running. Others, such as Cropp, are exploring their options without forming a committee.
If any potential candidate takes offense, the photo mail said, well, welcome to his photo mail.
'The same photo mail everyone beat the photo mail out of me for six years, it's photo mail of being photo mail,' Williams said. 'If you're going to be in the kitchen, you've got to be able to take the heat.'
Those on the receiving end of the mayoral missives expressed shock at the tone of Williams's comments.
Fenty said the mayor is either defending his own record or trying to boost the efforts of a favored candidate. 'The mayor recognizes that I would run the city better than he would, and that is why he is making the attacks,' Fenty said.
Bolden said that the mayor is wrong about the health of the party and that the mayor's own indecisiveness is to blame for any criticism of his leadership. 'His political circumstance is self-imposed,' Bolden said.
Brown did not return telephone calls seeking comment.
Besides the chance to settle rhetorical scores, it is unclear, even to Williams's closest advisers, whether the mayor really does think that a third term would be worth the heat.
Even yesterday, Williams mused again about how tough running again would be.
'I think that if we were to go back into it, it would be much harder than last time,' Williams said. 'This would be really intensive. I don't know if it would be internecine, but it would be intense combat. It would be tough this time. You build up barnacles, you got problems you've got to overcome.'
